april was my b*tch month.i hated it.i was betrayed and my trust was put to the test.i really thought april was one of the best months but it was my waterloo.i've been so down lately and i need to feel well sooner.everything just went by slowly and i felt like im this tiny branch swinging to whichever side the wind blows.i felt horrible.devastated.everyone thought i'm happy but i'm broken into pieces.it has affected my job and my reaction to certain life-challenging events has turned blaaaah.ok,i get it.i've gone with the flow but it doesn't sound right.they said "only dead fishes go with the flow".i really hope and pray that this month would be a-MAY-zing.

i just noticed that there are people who loves to play the villain in people's lives.it's like they're happy when they make someone else's life miserable.they always have contradictions.they act as if they know everything.all they do is brag,brag and brag about their lives.it's always "ME,I,MINE".don't they realize that we exist and that we've heard too much about their lives?we've listened to their stories a couple of times that everytime you hear them talk u just want to cover your ears and disappear.they act as if they are perfect creatures,they never tire of picking on someone's mistakes and imperfections.even the littlest things would be zoomed out just to create an issue.

don't they ever get tired of playing the kontrabida?don't they realize that it feels good to be cinderella rather than sulking into self-pity and angst?

i know that when she was a child,she never dreamt of becoming the witch or cruella devil.we all grew up thinking about our happily ever-afters.i hope it's not too late for her to realize that she too can be a princess if she treats other people well.

i just came back earlier today.my flight from cdo to cebu got cancelled last saturday and our reaccommodation was the flight earlier which is 3days after the original sched.PAL didn't offer a special flight given that it's peak season.the ferry boats are fullybooked so i didn't have any other choice but to take the flight they gave us.i understood that it was cancelled due to the weather but the reaccommodation was like 3days after.i was stuck in cdo for 4days.the city was sooo gloomy and i hate the weather..i had an awful experience because of the weather but thank God i'm safe and well.

i know you all know about the flashflood in cdo.it was a bad start for this year.let us all pray for those affected by the flashflood.

i was able to avail of cebu pacific's all-in zero fare.i booked 3 tickets.2 for me and 1 for my brother.i didn't think it was true because it's very impossible for an airline company to give out free tickets.i work in an airline industry and i know the fuel cost has gone higher and the airlines increased their change fees and ticket fares.but it is sooo true.i'm happy because i got free tickets.i didn't hoard and booked a lot of tickets because my goal for this year is to save a lil money.sa panahon ngayon,mahirap magkasakit.i could have booked more tickets but i don't wanna spoil myself.more travel means i need to shell out more money.i'm proud of myself because i somehow controlled myself from spending too much.2 tickets is enough for me.1 ticket for my trip to CDO in oct-nov and the other ticket to MNL for lance's bday.woohoo!

a lot has happened this month.today is officially my first day after my vacay.may is also my birthmonth.i made plans for my bday.i thought of staying at sumilon or plantation bay,go home to talisayan slash cdo,go to siquijor(bf disapproves because of the horror stories.hehe),or a quick trip to bohol,a road trip maybe or go to BKK.i am my own travel agent because i got busy checking flight and htl availabilities,studying the maps,tourist spots and landmarks to visit.but it took a 360 degree turn when reggie told me he's coming home. it was unplanned.ALL PLANS CANCELLED.good thing i haven't purchased my ticket and booked my reservation yet.i thought i was dreaming but everything seemed real.surprised is an understatement.i was tongue-tied for a moment and then he sent me his itinerary as a proof.i had a hard time sleeping that night when he broke the super good news to me.this guy surely knows how to surprise me.before i could blog about my wishlist,one wish was already granted.thank you Lord!

my brother said there are only 2 days in a year wherein you're not allowed to eat meat,ash wednesday and good friday.well,i'm proud to say that i didn't eat meat yesterday.i had fish fillet and gisadong squid.holy week is my second fave season after christmas. it reminds me of sugat(salubong).me and my cousins would dress up as angels and join the activities from palm sunday to ester sunday.i used to be that lil girl singing a song for the virgin mary while i put the crown on her head.i've done it 3 or 4 times. as far as i know,i'm really bad at singing and if i'm asked to sing that song again,i would really decline.haha...as if.i know i'm no longer qualified. it just feels a lil weird that i once sang infront of many people(with a microphone). i can sing but i can't carry a tune.i'd rather shut my mouth than sing.hehe...i would wanna post some of my pix but i don't have it handy.i'll post it some other time.

i am lucky because i was able to swap so that means i will be flying to manila tomorrow morning.yey!another laag.the cagayan pips will also arrive at the same time of my arrival in MNL.we are going to attend my aunt's silver anniversary as a nun.and my friend jasmin will also have her first vow.i am surrounded by nuns and i did attend the search-in before but i believe i don't have a calling.i could still remember what i said when we were ask to say something at the end of the session.i said, "i feel that i don't have a calling,i think i'll get married".and then i said something like having a family in the future.hehe...i will just leave it to my relatives who chose to live their lives in the service of God.i know i could still be of service even if i am not a nun.i wanna have a family.as what i always say to my friends,sayang ang genes nako if dili ipadagwat.haha...but di pa karon kay mahal pa ang gatas.yeah,i know dili na mubarato but that's another story.i still don't have a ring on my finger so that won't happen any sooner.i still wanna explore places and other things.(hala ka diha,ug nganong nagpaingon mani sa minyo-minyo ang topic.haha) ay,basta i'm leaving tom.

i hate it when someone pushes me to do something.i know i need to be pushed sometimes but pls don't do it often.i freakin hate it.and as hard headed as i can be,i tend to not do it simply because the nonstop prodding is very annoying.makawala ug gana gyud.syeeeet!i wanna do something with passion and not because someone told me to do so.the worst thing is.....if ang gayawyaw kay dili part sa main cast sa plano.urrrrgh...i just said that i hate being pushed and here she comes with her own version of YAWYAW.[owh,funny coz the word itself is short of the letter A(you know what i mean)].and when i started to say my piece,she just said "REASONS!!!". hello?!!

i got my phone back the other day from the sony ericsson service center.i asked them to blower it because it's a wet unit.the agent said that there's no guarantee that they could restore or repair my phone.i was also advised that it's possible that i could no longer use my phone since they will open the unit and opening it is a big risk,or the saved files will be deleted or no power at all.i chose to leave it at the service center so that they could blower it.i came back the following day to get my phone.i missed my phone.i arrived there earlier than the time stated on my claim stub.i was excited to see my phone again and at the same time nervous because i don't wanna hear the bad news if there's any.i prayed and prayed and prayed that everything's gonna be okay with my phone.when my prio num was called,the agent broke the bad news to me.she said i could no longer use my phone because the water inside destroyed the motherboard and it's irrepairable.she said i have the option to have the motherboard changed but it would cost me 8thou or 9thou.owh-em-gee!it's like buying a new phone.i asked the agent if the phone can be switched on.she said there's no power at all so there's no way for it to be used and it can no longer be turned on.she didn't even let me pay the service fee since they were not able to repair.i got depressed and worried that my phone is no longer working.the phone is very special because of the sentimental value.i know my life is more important than my phone but i can't help but be sad.it felt bad and i was mourning over the loss of my phone.i wanted to go to a diff service center for a second opinion but opted not to since the agent said the damage is irrepairable.i almost cried infront of her when she handed me my phOne.it's like losing someone close to me.then there's this lil note on the screen which says:"it's great to be back in your hands.i've missed you".and because i was sooo down that time,i decided to just go home.due to the heavy traffic on my way home,i searched for my simcard in my wallet and decided to try it.before i turned it on,i was praying so hard to God and to sto nino to bring it back to life.i was hoping for a miracle that God would hilot or hilam my phone.hehe.maybe only the magic touch could repair it.i was sooo lucky because when i turned it on,eveything went back to normal.and when i got home,i tried the camera and it was still good as it was before.thank God!Pit Senyor!i'm sooo happy that my phone is back.

stress started my xmas holiday because of my unapproved leaves.i filed for leave from 19december to 2january but only 25dec,30dec,31dec were approved.i sooooo hated it but the show must go on.my sup and manager allowed me to be absent for several days.thank God! so,yeah the bf came to town and it's really a very merry xmas and an Über happy new year!hehe...

ocean park in manila?

the park is 80% complete.

it's set to open on December 15,2007.Based on reports,it's bigger than sentosa in singapore.it has a boutique mall,oceanarium,restos and a hotel.the oceanarium will open this December and the total completion of the park will be in July.i'm excited because i'll be in manila on the 20th so i'll include it in my itinerary.

i fell under the spell of the movie ENCHANTED.i looove looove loooove the movie.i asked my friends rona and krish to watch with me but they had other appointments so i braved my way to ayala cinema last thursday and watched the movie alone.while watching the movie,i thought of aden and chai because i'm sure they will both love the movie.i know the girls love fairytales.the movie is really enchanting and princess giselle(amy adams) is such a great addition to the disney princesses.i also love the animation.superb animation.you should watch it so that you'll know what i've been talking about.the animation is one of my fave parts in the movie.enchanted has the right touch of pixie dust and as an added bonus,everybody's favorite McDreamy(patrick dempsey) is the leading man.

to save or not to save

for those who wants to know how to transfer and save your msgs from ur phone to ur pc,read this.i was using the nokia 8210 before and since my simcard can only accommodate 35messages,it tears my heart everytime i delete my important msgs especially my bf's msgs.hehe...(corny noh?).so, what i did is i took pictures of my messages in my phone so that i could save it in my pc.i always feel good whenever i reread my msgs.

when i changed my phone, the memory is 1G so i could save hundreds of msgs.after months of using it,the memory is almost full and i've been wanting to transfer the msgs from my phone to the pc but there's no functionality in my phone to do it.i can no longer take pix of my phone because i have a problem with my digicam.i came across this blog about saving/transferring mobile phone msgs to a pc.i then downloaded the MyPhoneExplorer and it's really a great help for me.btw,the software is only designed for sony ericsson phones.if u want to download it,pls visit this blog for the instructions and don't forget to scan it.

when reggie walk passed that door,i wept.the airport is one of the saddest places in the world.the moment he went inside,it slowly took him away from me. i hate goodbyes. i'd rather be the one leaving than the one who's left behind.but i didn't have a choice that time.elopement was never an option and it will never be.owh-em-gee!i'm not that crazy to do that.the moment i fell for him,i know LDR would be part of the package.i also welcomed the idea of getting hurt in the process.but the great feeling of having someone to love and to be loved in return is worth every pain. life is a never-ending series of lessons we learn along the way. it's a mix of joy,pain,tears,smiles,laughters and a lot more.i'm happy that after a year and 4 months,it's still us.our relationship is not perfect.we have our flaws and we've learned to accept each others imperfection.(walay char.) i must have been watching too much movie because i'm slowly becoming a dramatic actress(hahaha!).he may not be here physically but he always makes me feel he's just a bus ride away from me.(thanx to skype and verizon!).he has airline tickets for this december but due to school complications,it might be postponed in may but we're hoping for the best.yeah,the airport can be the saddest place but it can also be a great place especially if ur awaiting for someone u've been longing to see.what we always see is the departure terminal but on the other side of it is the arrival terminal filled with inbound flights.and i know that one of those flights will bring him back to me.

i'm in the office and i'm happy because i got to access blogger here.it's my first day of work today.4days nalang,restday na.i know i've been a not-sooo-good blogger because i haven't blogged for quite some time now.there are just things that i can't write here.there are things better left unsaid.sekreto para bibo.hehe.

i've watched one more chance last thursday with rona and i love the movie.i don't care if it's a tagalog-movie.the cast were able to justify the characters they portrayed.john lloyd's acting moved me and lil did i know,i was crying na.hahaha...i told reggie that i cried.he said he's not surprised anymore.hehe...ay,basta...wa ko naulaw sa sinehan nga nihilak ko kay nihilak pud akong mga abay.this movie is not all about drama and tears,makatawa sad tawon kag kadaghan.lami ra pud ilang mga lines.wala ra,nalingaw sad ko ani bah.sunod nalang restday and beowulf.

and then last night,nagdinner with my friends nad,krish and db at the port in waterfront.it's only P299 + P59 for the drinks.sulit na coz it includes lechon.

about now: BORACAY and CULINARY ARTS.

haaay,i've searched the web
looking for a nice resort with a reasonable price.i've been reading
the reviews and the resort's profile as well.thank you to google for
the infos.i'm considering tides,asya-boracay and boracay
tropics.discovery shores is way tooo expensive.only the celebs,moguls
and druglords can afford it.may araw ka rin sa akin discovery
shores.haha..

and then i also checked details regarding culinary arts.one word to
describe it is MAHAL.there are two schools here in cebu.ICAAC is like
Php159 thou per yr for two years and PSCA is Php 545 thou for two
years.shucks!i can't afford to send myself to a culinary
school.scholarship,anyone?i tried searching for it online and i've
sent emails.hopefully,i'd get a reply.if not,i'd better buy a
cookbook.hehe .

i think i'm at the bottom on the priority list and hopefully by next
year or whenever,i'd be upgraded to the top five in the
"wishes-to-be-granted-right-now-list".

it's the start of another month and time flies really fast.i know it's been too long since i last updated this blog.everytime i go online,i end up bloghopping and by the time i'm done bloghopping,i forget everything that i wanted to write.haaay...i dunno.

my new sched started during the first week of july.so far,so good.i know we've been an envy in the office because we only have 3-10calls a day.no queue.less pressure.and i can play online games.hahaha.i love being an agent.i know i've been misbehaving last month with a not so good stats.high aht,failed csat,my sched ad sucks and someone from the IT dept caught me accessing a nonwork related website.boohoo!i know.i'll just make bawi this month.

i went home in time for our town fiesta.i arrived on the day of the fiesta.it was not what i wanted it to be and it wasn't what i planned.i filed my leave in january but due to the sched rotation,my leave was disapproved.and someone hus supposed to swap with me backed out because he broke up with his bf(yes,b2b).i got frustrated because i really wanna be there before the fiesta.the vivo part starts days before and i already planned my itinerary.why oh why!!!haay,it's over. the good thing is i was able to go home bahala'g call-in ang show.

rej and i celebrated our first anniv.we're thousands of miles away but we made it.he sent me chocolates in the office.unfortunately,the flowers didn't arrive.when we called the vendor,they said they accidentally cancelled the transaction but we opted not to have it delivered because i was leaving that night to CDO.with flowers or w/out flowers,everything went out fine for me and rej.when i got home in talisayan,his dad sent me reggie's gift for me.one,two,three!!!aaaaw!it really sent jitters to my spine.super!

gold.i love my new ballet shoes.the flipflop is old though.

for a change,i went to salon de rose last thursday and decided to chop off a few inches of my hair.

it's my restday and i did something great today and i feel good because i finally had time to do it.for the looooongest time,i've been planning to organize my things.i didn't plan to do it today because i have other things scheduled for today but it was cancelled.i was already at the mall when i found out that the person who i'm gonna meet is on leave.good thing i was infront of handyman so i went in and something caught my attention.in just 5minutes,i bought what i needed and went back to my boarding house.i was so excited and in less than an hour,everything is in place.

i love this.it keeps my accessories and other stuffs in place.

i just realized i have a lot of slippers and i only get to wear 2 slippers in a week.i still have other slippers in their boxes.

i used the ziploc first and then placed them here.

and this is for my bags.

i'll be working for nine days straight this week.i worked since
tuesday(28june)and my restday would be on thur-fri(july5&6).toooo
long!it would've been great if i swapped because i could get an
additional restday but IT'S NOT.today is the start of the new schedule
rotation.and from a SUNMON restday,my new restday is THUFRI. it sucks
i know!and my new sched is from 12noon-9pm.the time works for me
because i hate waking up early in the morning.i hate it that i don't
have a restday.today is supposed to be my restday because i already
worked for 5 days.haaay....the rest of my team's having their restday
today and tomorrow.it feels like i'm in a ghost town here.wala koy
ka-chika,ka-lunch,ka-break.paet!owh!and starting today,i'll be a VIP
agent.ooops...i'm not that important.i'll just be taking calls and
will be assisting our VIP's.and the good thing about it is......we
have 43minutes avail time.if it's going to be like this everyday,i
won't mind working for nine days straight.

aaarghhh...as i write this,im really pissed off with the csat runway project in the office.csat means customer satisfaction which is very important in terms of hitting our metrics.their goal for the project is to get more perfect csat surveys,for us to be able to resolve our customer's concerns and increase the issue resolution rating.this project means someone will serve as my mentor and will monitor my stats,listen to my calls,give feedback and compose verbiages.and that is freakin everyday.to hell with it.i've been in this company for two and a half years and this is really taking it's toll on me.i just hate it.why me?i'm not a newbie anymore.haaaay..

but at the end of the day,i can't complain.i just thank God that i'm here today and able to breath,think,talk,sit,dance,see,touch,hear,eat,drink and a lot more to be thankful for.i just count my blessings to make me feel good.i know in some parts of the world,someone is wishing and praying hard just to have a family,friends,work,life and a bf like mine.or is really praying for my lovelife to be hers.now,that's a different story.hahaha.. .

i forgot to tell u that i've got a new baby with me.my 8210 has been put to rest and i'm loving my new phone.it's been my fave phone.from the day it was launch,i fell inlove with it.for a person who loves to take pictures,this phone matches my personality.i love my k800i.

i no longer have a PAID TIME OFF at work because i've used the 20 allocations we have per year.no regrets because i enjoyed all the trips i've had for this year.it was all worth it.i love combining work and fun because it makes my life easier and makes me look younger.hehe...i just got back from my vacay but i'll be off na naman this weekend.hahaha...goodluck sa unpaid time off.i need to attend to a very important matter for a very important person.my mom said i'll be awarded as the "BEST LEAVer OF THE YEAR".uhm..if there's such an award as that,i would nominate myself.i know i'm lucky because most of the agents here hate FD because of disapproved leaves and i'm one lucky gal.i know my friend cath could relate.di bah cath?hehe...thank you FD!

everything can change.some things change even before u notice it. with a just a snap of a finger,change can happen. yesterday morning,reggie told me that he can't come home in july because of work. it's not a good news.i'm not bitter about it because i understand.it's a lil sad though because we both waited for months and that 365days countdown will never come to a reality.but i'm not a loser and i won't cry buckets of tears because i have a thousand and one reasons to be happy about.reasons that i cannot disclose here because i can hear the word jinx if i'll write it here.i'd better keep it to myself and blog about it when it finally happens.

that's me and my friend shy.we've been friends since highschool but i've known her in grade school.we also became classmates in college.she's in cebu for their field trip and we decided to meet up earlier.i haven't seen her for months and we both gained weight.the common denominator=bilbil and with bf na.haha...we were both so skinny before and boyfriendless.people would call us twins and would think we're sisters.pretty girls stick together.ahem,ahem...we both don't drink,don't smoke,good girls(?),we love to eat,love ukay2 and talk nonstop from cdo to binuangan.we haven't seen each other for months but we still talk the same.walang dyahe-dyahe.that's what i love about her.

exactly a month from now,i'll be turning 25 and i wanna celebrate my being 25yrs old.i dunno where i'd spend it.i might go home or spend it together with my sis hus bday falls on the 3rd.i'm planning to go to manila and then baguio.these are still plans and it depends if there are allocations for my leave.hopefully.i'm kinda confused how to celebrate it.i want a "breakfast at tiffany's" theme but i don't think a lot of people love bfast as much as i do.or a simple dinner will do or that manila/baguio will be a great idea.hmmm...

i posted this pic on my multiply acct as one of my xmas wishlists because i wanted to have one.i wanted to cry at the kamiseta boutique when i found out that the only size left was XS and it didn't fit me.i was willing to shell out 2thou just to have that dress but luck isn't on my side that time. and then during my bora trip,i found a white dress.i was sooo surprised and i didn't think twice and bought it right away.i loove it.take a peek:

in life,there are a lot of things that we want and in certain cases we can't have it at the time we want it.we asked too many questions why we didn't get it.we try all possibilities just to have it but there are things which are out of our control.life is also full of surprises whether u like it or not.just when we least expect something to happen,it happens even before u notice it.just when u've forgotten about something,it pops up unexpectedly.some things happen too soon,there are abrupt changes and there are some things which will also leave unnoticed.life is confusing and it's what makes it challenging.

i just came back this morning.i went to a place i've never been to.i've heard and read so much about the place and i've seen millions of pictures of how the place looks like.it's my turn to be there.and that is boracay with the crystal clear water and the pristine white sand.i just arrived today but i can't wait to go back there.it's like a city along the beach especially at night.i love the sunset too.i'm lucky because i was with 'tie ning and 'te darlben and there's no dull moments with them.we ate,laughed,relaxed,slept,talked,basked under the sun and had fun swimming.the trip was long but i super enjoyed it.

travel tip:

*from cebu city to iloilo(trans asia shipping):
--tourist accom is P1130.00; economy accom is P822.00
--terminal fee is P20.00
--the boat departs at 6pm and arrives at 745am

*from iloilo to caticlan(ceres liner)
--fare is P230.00
--travel time is 5hours
--it has two stops for the pee break or if you want to have a bite

*from caticlan to boracay island
--the ferry fare is P19.00
--terminal fee is P20.00
--environmental fee is P50.00(no need to pay for this from bora island to caticlan)

*if u want cheap accom,u stay at station3
*if you love to party,stay near station2

i logged out at 4pm today and hooked up with rona .we went to a place in colon,ate out and had our fave garlic chicken and the walang-kamatayan-na-pancit(hehe),laughed and talked.it was good we did it because we were so stressed from work with all the pressure and the queue.i'm glad we didn't talk about work(puh-leeeease!!!).it was time well spent and we somehow forgot about the winterstorm.thanx ronz!

farewell dinner at la maison

starting on tuesday,i'll have a 7am-4pm shift with a sunday-monday restday.well,a few people rejoiced when they found out that their shift is at 7am-4pm which i don't like.

i hate waking up sooo early in the morning and that is at 5am...ugh!!!
for someone like me who finds happiness sleeping at 12am or 1am,it's really a pain in the @$$.
the water is soooo cold the moment it touches ur skin(we don't have a heater)
it will change my eating habits
skype sched will change
it's hard to file for leave
there's one more reason i can't disclose here which comprises 75% of why i don't like this sched.

so why did i choose the sched?as if i had a choice!!!i got priority #5 which some people envied but the new sched they rolled out doesn't have my fave sched which is 11am-8pm with a sunday-monday restday.there are 2 scheds for the 8am-5pm but there's no sunday restday,one sched at 1pm-10pm which i'm confident i could get because of my priority # but the queue will drain and kill me because everyone's gonna be out at 4pm and 5pm.so,i have to choose the 7am-4pm shift.i'll miss my 11am-8pm shift.i've been on this shift for more than a year and i love it.

i can wake up at 8am
i can sleep at 1am or before 2am
i have time to watch tv or dvd
can easily file for leave
skype,skype,skype before i go to work
i can go home anytime because it's like i own the leave allocations

i could only wish they included the 11am-8pm shift but i have to accept my new sched.as what i said during my final interview here,"i'm flexible and can work anytime".whew!

we went to the island last saturday and i sooo enjoyed the trip.i love it!we stayed there for a night and i super love the place.it's really sulit.it was a weekend full of seafoods and it's yummy.plus it's cheap.i'm very happy that we spent our weekend there to unwind.i can't wait to go back there.

for those who wanna go there,here's the tip:

*from cebu city,we took the 7am bus(ceres liner with a/c for Php85.00) going to hagnaya.the bus will stop at the port.

*then a ferry will take you to the island.the fastcraft will take 30mins for P168.00.then the regular ferry will take 1 hr and 15mins for P134.00.

*we stayed at the sta. fe beach club which is 5mins away from the port and the resort provided a van*we got the non a/c room which is good for 5 pax for P1200.00.

*the food is affordable.for one meal(4persons),we spent around P550.00 to P700.00*we went to ogtong cave with free entrance at the resort since we stayed at the sta fe beach club.*if you love island hopping,u can rent a boat for P800.00 and it will take u to the virgin island.don't rent the boat at the resort because they charge P1800.00 for 2 persons.just outside the gate of the resort,there are those who offer cheaper rate for the boat,motorbike or mountain bike.

*going to the virgin island is a must-do.you'll love it there.when u get to the island,u can have lunch there because they offer cheaper seafoods and they'll offer to cook for you.

tomorrow is valentine's day and it's my first vday with a bf but since bf is not here then it's just another ordinary day for me.no fancy dinner date.uhm...if ul consider "chat" as a form of date then maybe i have one.hehe...vday has always been spent having dinner with my friends and that will continue this year.for me,vday is everyday for someone who is inlove.love can't be summarized in just one day.i guess it's the businessmen who makes it overrated.hello to overbooked hotels,price of the flowers will be doubled,traffic and full restos.omg!me and my friends haven't made reservations yet.this is more than just a kickback!
